Booking Terms

Readings and training are one-to-one and take place over Google Meet. You will get a join link in your confirmation email; click it at your booked time and you will be admitted from the waiting room. What you book is the length of the session:

• Quick Clarity — 15 minutes, single-question tarot reading for direct, fast guidance..
• Tarot Reading — 30 minutes, tarot reading with spirit guidance for clear, grounded insight..
• In-Depth Session — 60 minutes, deep dive into tarot, spirit, and energy work..
• 1 Hour Training — 60 minutes, as a tarot mentor, i teach you how to move beyond basic card meanings and truly connect with spirit. drawing from years of vast experience guiding clients locally through intimate one-to-one readings and reaching a global audience online, my training blends deep tarot wisdom with spirit connection, shamanic practices, crystal energy, and intuitive development. i help you awaken your raw intuitive power, learn to trust the messages you receive, and build an authentic, grounded connection to the unseen world so you can read with absolute confidence, unlocking an arsenal of spiritual gifts that were already within you, now fully awakened and enhanced..

A booking is confirmed when it is paid, in full, at the time you make it. Payment is taken by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site.

The price depends on the day and time you pick — weekday, evening and weekend rates differ — and the rate for a slot is shown before you choose it. Until payment succeeds the time is only held, not booked, and the hold expires.

With 48 hours' notice you can move your reading to any free time at the same rate, or cancel for a full refund.

By booking with Unveiled Roots, you acknowledge that tarot, mediumship, crystals and spiritual guidance are offered for entertainment, spiritual and personal-reflection purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the booking fee being retained to cover the time reserved and loss incurred by Unveiled Roots, where permitted by law. By booking a reading that takes place within 14 days you ask us to provide it within your 14-day cancellation period, and accept that the right to cancel ends once the reading has taken place. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Because you book without meeting us, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days from making the booking in which to cancel and be refunded.

By booking a reading that takes place within 14 days you ask us to provide it within your 14-day cancellation period, and accept that the right to cancel ends once the reading has taken place. In other words, if the reading you have booked falls inside those 14 days, ticking the box at checkout is you asking us to go ahead within that period. You keep the right to cancel up until the reading takes place; once it has been given, it is gone.

While the right still stands, and for every booking further ahead than 14 days, the notice period quoted above is what applies.

These terms are versioned. Your booking records which version you accepted and when, so a change here can never alter what you agreed to.
