All readings are on Google Meet. You’ll get a join link in your confirmation email — click it at your booked time and I’ll admit you from the waiting room.
Be somewhere quiet with a steady signal. Google Meet works in any modern browser (or the app) — no sign-in required. Test the link ahead of time if you can.
Open the “Manage my booking” link in your confirmation email and choose a new time. You can do this yourself, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your reading — to any free time at the same rate. Inside 48 hours the booking can no longer be moved, as set out in the booking terms.
Yes. Cancel from the same “Manage my booking” link. With 48 hours’ notice the full fee is returned to your card automatically. Inside 48 hours the fee is retained, as set out in the booking terms. Either way you’ll get an email confirming it.
